Role Summary
Take full ownership of key initiatives. Collaborate with product owners, architects and scrum teams and ensure deliveries are made on time and with quality. Prioritize and align product development with business objectives. Be flexible to quickly realign with changing realities of business objectives, market conditions, technology evolution and team changes and ensure team synchs up asap. Ensure motivation levels of team are high and attrition levels are low.
What You Bring
Must-Haves
- 8-12 yrs of experience into software development and project management including hands on technical experience in some aspect of software development (Dev / QA / non-functional QA, BA)
- Good Understanding of tech stack including database, message broker, REST, UI
- Good understanding of Performance Engineering
- Good understanding of CICD process
- Good understanding of Safe Agile and other Project management processes
- Experience with payments.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with cloud deployed application
- Experience with Kubernetes
- Experience with MQ, MongoDB, Kafka
