This is what you will do:

The Manager, NMOSD Marketing will play a key role in the successful creation and execution of tactics for NMOSD - a rare, devastating, complement-mediated disorder of the central nervous system characterized by relapses. This position will collaborate closely with the NMOSD marketing team and will report to the Executive Director of US Marketing – NMOSD. 

You will be responsible for:

Key job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Project management of specific projects and initiatives, including patient and HCP tactics

  • Development and execution of NMOSD Patient programming and webinars

  • Planning, prioritizing, and monitoring materials undergoing the internal Alexion approval process for commercial materials

  • Management of NMOSD marketing budget

  • Manage cross-functional coordination with other Alexion line functions (e.g. clinical, medical affairs, regulatory, sales) focused on key customer segments

  • Communicate effectively to all levels of Alexion staff and management

  • Work with the highest degree of professionalism and in accordance with the company’s policies and Code of Ethics and Business Conduct

You will need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree required

  • Strong ability to manage multiple projects across functional areas, and work independently when appropriate, in teams and as a sub-team lead

  • Strong knowledge of MS Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel

  • Strong organization, planning and prioritization skills

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • The duties of this role are generally conducted in an office environment. As is typical of an office-based role, employees must be able, with or without an accommodation to: use a computer; engage in communications via phone, video, and electronic messaging; engage in problem solving and non-linear thought, analysis, and dialogue; collaborate with others; maintain general availability during standard business hours.

We would prefer for you to have:

  • Must have 1-3 years of pharmaceutical industry experience

  • Experience in managing external agencies and/or vendors on a day-to-day basis and budget management

  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment

Certain activities may involve travel 30% of the time.

The annual base pay (or hourly rate of compensation) for this position ranges from $115,795.20 to $151,981.20. Our positions offer eligibility for various incentives—an opportunity to receive short-term incentive bonuses, equity-based awards for salaried roles and commissions for sales roles. Benefits offered include qualified retirement programs, paid time off (i.e., vacation, holiday, and leaves), as well as health, dental, and vision coverage in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
