As a Manufacturing and Operations Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and operational excellence of Mujin controllers and pendants.
Working closely with suppliers, operators, and engineering teams, you will drive manufacturing processes, support production activities, resolve technical issues, and maintain high quality standards throughout the product lifecycle. This role combines hands-on manufacturing support with continuous improvement initiatives to help deliver reliable products efficiently and at scale.
You will also serve as a technical point of contact for manufacturing and product-related issues, contributing to root cause investigations and long-term process improvements.
Responsibilities
Process Development & Training
Inventory & Material Management
Oversee raw material procurement and inventory control to support uninterrupted production.
Manufacturing Issue Resolution
Identify and resolve manufacturing process issues, classify deviations, and make rework decisions to minimize production downtime.
