To continue our development, we are now looking for a Research Analyst. Our research team is the operational centre of the business, and manages the critical function of finding and understanding accurate and insightful data for our clients in the financial services world. Our research team is comprised of industry experts who add a human level of understanding to the data on our platform, helping us to build a technology platform embedded with real human understanding. The role represents an exciting chance to become a critical part of a fast-growing team in a disruptive technology company. As an analyst, the candidate will benefit from training and mentorship from leading former executive search professionals in the Qneiform leadership team, as we work together to change the industry.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop a clear understanding of finance and its sub-sectors in order to classify and scrutinise data on the platform
• Work on projects to build the data in our platform, using both our automation tools and your own knowledge and judgement
• Using research, help the team deliver on our goals to expand into new markets and sub-sectors
• Become comfortable in navigating the front and back end of Qneiform to help maintain data quality
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to deliver on research projects that help build the broader business

Requirements:

• Excellent communication, research and organisational skills
• Strong work ethic and desire to work in a high-growth environment
• A desire to learn, ask questions and invest in your own professional development
• Fluency in English

Nice-to-haves:

• Background or interest in Executive Search or Recruitment
• Previous experience in a research role, ideally with some exposure to financial services
