Marketing Analyst (Mobile Acquisition)

We are looking for a Marketing Analyst (Mobile Acquisition). In this role, you will turn raw acquisition data into the decisions that shape how millions of people discover our mobile products. You will dig into campaign performance across our portfolio of high-load social networking and streaming apps, hunt for growth points in marketing metrics, and build the dashboards that keep the whole marketing function honest and fast-moving. Working shoulder to shoulder with our User Acquisition team, you will test hypotheses, question the numbers until they tell a real story, and turn that story into recommendations that directly move traffic quality and ROI.   About the company: We are a global IT product company shaping the future of real-time social connection. • Analyze the effectiveness of advertising campaigns across our mobile products

• Search for growth points in marketing metrics

• Build and automate marketing dashboards

• Analyze the quality of acquired traffic and its monetization

• Form recommendations for the marketing team based on data

• Test hypotheses on advertising campaign optimization together with the User Acquisition team

• Draw conclusions and propose solutions that improve traffic buying efficiency and marketing ROI

It's all about you

• 2+ years of experience in marketing analytics

• Confident SQL, ideally with BigQuery

• Hands-on experience with BI tools like Tableau

• Solid grasp of statistics and Python (Pandas)

• Understanding of mobile attribution and performance marketing

• Ability to turn numbers into clear business conclusions and recommendations

• Experience working with User Acquisition teams and supporting data-driven decisions

Would be a plus

• A/B testing experience

• Familiarity with AI tools like Claude in your analytical workflow
