Marketing Campaign Manager (m/f/d)

About the Role:

We’re looking for a campaign marketing manager who knows how to drive pipeline. Someone who can turn strategy into execution and content into conversion. You’ll own end-to-end planning for integrated campaigns that generate demand, accelerate deals, and support sales across every stage of the buyer journey.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and launch integrated marketing campaigns aligned to go-to-market priorities and business goals

• Translate campaign strategy into briefs, messaging, channel plans, and all aligned to goals from a contribution to pipeline model

• Partner with sales, CS, SMEs on what’s working in region and execute cross-functional programs

• Drive campaign execution across email, paid media, website, and social

• Align with SDRs and AEs to ensure sales follow-up is timely, targeted, and on-message

• Support campaign-based nurture tracks and outbound plays in HubSpot

• Manage webinars and virtual events as part of campaign execution

• Track and optimize campaign performance across funnel stages—MQLs, SALs, pipeline

• Deliver post-campaign reporting, insights, and recommendations for ongoing improvement

• Test and refine messaging, offers, and channels to increase engagement and conversion
