- Develop and lead the company's Demand Creation grand strategy.
- Design and execute marketing plans and programs that drive business growth.
- Develop and manage the product portfolio roadmap for the next 2–5 years.
- Lead the Product Development and Research teams.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales team to implement marketing programs in the field.
- Identify market opportunities and formulate strategies to accelerate business growth.
Placement: Head Office, Jakarta
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Marketing Manager or 5 years of experience as a Product Development Manager in the insecticide and/or fungicide industry.
- Strong understanding of marketing strategy, demand creation, and product development.
- Proven experience in market analysis, customer research, with excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
