Marketing Manager

TLDR

Leads demand creation strategy, shapes multi-year product roadmaps, and drives growth through marketing, product development, and cross-functional collaboration.

  • Develop and lead the company's Demand Creation grand strategy.
  • Design and execute marketing plans and programs that drive business growth.
  • Develop and manage the product portfolio roadmap for the next 2–5 years.
  • Lead the Product Development and Research teams.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales team to implement marketing programs in the field.
  • Identify market opportunities and formulate strategies to accelerate business growth.

Placement: Head Office, Jakarta

  • Bachelor's degree (S1) in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Marketing Manager or 5 years of experience as a Product Development Manager in the insecticide and/or fungicide industry.
  • Strong understanding of marketing strategy, demand creation, and product development.
  • Proven experience in market analysis, customer research, with excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
