Marketing Manager

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing both offline and online marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and business growth.

This role requires a highly creative and analytical professional capable of operating in a fast-paced startup environment

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.

  • Manage digital marketing initiatives including paid media, social media, SEO, and CRM campaigns.

  • Coordinate branding and merchant marketing activities.

  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize acquisition strategies.

  • Collaborate with Sales and Operations teams to support business growth.

  • Manage relationships with agencies and marketing vendors.

  • Support customer retention and engagement initiatives.

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity.

  • Develop marketing KPIs and reporting dashboards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

  • 5+ years of marketing experience.

  • 2+ years of management experience

  • Experience in startups, financial services, retail, or consumer-focused industries preferred.

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and analytics.

  • Creative and data-driven mindset.

  • Advanced English
