Marketing Officer (Event Management & Social Media)

• Assist in planning and participate in on-/off-line marketing event & activities
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and serve as a key contact for members, providing event recommendations and planning support
• Develop compelling content and manage communications across social media platforms to boost brand awareness and customer engagement
• Support graphic design and visual content for projects, online and offline
• Assist to optimise the digital ad strategies and spend efficiency
• Assist and operate Corporate Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and Xiaohongshu accounts, including posts/shorts/video design, graphics, copywriting, and on-camera presentations (such as create compelling video scripts, dialogues, etc.)
• Achieve targeted growth, stay updated on the latest social media trends and contribute innovative ideas to campaigns
• Support ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by superior

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree or above in Creative Media, Marketing, Event Management, or equivalent qualifications at HKQF level 5,
• Minimum 3 year of expo/ event / promoter management experience is highly preferred
• Proficiency in graphic design software and social media channels (Proficiency in using AI tools is a plus)
• Strong creativity with a deep understanding of digital and social media trends
• Creative, detailed mindset with multi-tasking and project management skills
• Strong sense of responsibility, well organized, self-motivated with can-do attitude
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with good command of both Chinese and English
• Be responsive with ability to work independently under pressure
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Marketing Officer
