Multimedia Designer (Content Creation | AI Applications)

• Create and design engaging visual content for online and offline marketing campaigns, including graphics, posters, EDMs, social media creatives and promotional materials
• Produce multimedia content including graphics, motion graphics, short-form videos, reels and animations for marketing campaigns and brand promotion
• Utilize and explore AI-powered creative tools to enhance content creation efficiency, visual design and marketing effectiveness
• Manage and maintain corporate social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Xiaohongshu and other digital channels
• Develop creative content ideas, storyboards, video scripts and copywriting to enhance audience engagement and brand awareness
• Participate in photo shooting, video production, editing and post-production processes
• Monitor social media trends, emerging digital content formats and AI technologies, and proactively recommend innovative ideas
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and campaigns
• Support online advertising initiatives through Meta, Google and Xiaohongshu platforms
• Assist in organizing online and offline marketing activities, exhibitions and promotional events
• Perform ad hoc projects and duties as assigned

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Creative Media, Digital Marketing, Communication, Journalism, or equivalent qualifications at HKQF level 4
• Minimum 2 years of experience in multimedia design, content creation, social media marketing or related fields
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro and After Effects
• Hands-on experience in graphics design, video shooting, video editing, motion graphics and digital content production
• Proficient in AI creative tools such as ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, or equivalent is highly preferred
• Portfolio showcasing graphic design, motion graphics, video production and social media content is required
• Familiar with current social media trends, short-video ecosystems and content marketing strategies
• Creative, proactive and passionate about visual storytelling and digital content innovation
• Strong communication and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Immediately available is highly preferred
