Marketing Support

What You'll Do

Oversee the marketing department's budget (Demand and Supply), ensuring effective allocation between channels and monitor the usage

Collaborate with finance team and vendors in managing the end-to-end process of handling quotations, generating purchase orders, and facilitating the invoicing procedures

Responsible for purchasing and monitoring merchandise stock available or to be used for marketing purposes (Keychain, Tshirt, Pen, Spunbond bag)

Manage vendor registration form and vendor data (Contact Person, Rate Card, Services, Portfolio,etc)

Collaborate with third party that involved with marketing activities such as, influencer (individual/agency), visual/printing production, PR and SEO agency

Support events and offline marketing execution excellence

What We Seek

Proven experience in managing payment and purchasing process

Detail oriented, ensuring high level of accuracy in budget trackers

Strong understanding of invoice processing, payment workflows, and cost control

A self-driven individual with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Willingness and eager to be a part of offline marketing and events initiatives.

What You'll Need

Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or any other related major

Minimum 1 years of experience of budget and payment administration

Familiarity with budget trackers, invoice, and payment process.

Easy going, extrovert, able to communicate with internal and external stakeholders
