学历要求：
大专以上学历，机电一体化，化工机械或机械类等相关专业优先考虑，经验丰富的可以放到中专。
专业技能：
具备扎实的机械基础理论知识，熟悉机械原理、机械制图等。
工作经验：
有大型化工企业设备维修经验者优先，具备多种技能者优先，主要从事化工泵类、阀门、减速机、绞龙等设备的维修和维护。及负责机械设备的维修和预防性维护（包括常见的各类泵，减速机）

有3年以上工厂机械维修经验，或焊工经验。
工作时间：
每周5天，每天8小时，无倒班，如有加班按国家规定支付，非法定节假日加班支付双倍工资，法定节假日三倍工资。
