As a Merchant Finance Associate, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for supporting day-to-day financial processes related to our merchant partners. This role combines analytical work, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration, offering a great opportunity to grow within the finance field.

What you’ll be doing

In this role, you will support core financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance in financial processes while assisting with resolving day-to-day finance-related queries. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and contribute to improving financial workflows.

Day-to-day in this role you’ll:

• Act as a first point of contact for finance-related inquiries from internal teams
• Support the review and validation of financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Investigate and resolve invoice and payment discrepancies at scale
• Support tax-related processes and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
• Help ensure timely and accurate processing of financial records and documentation
• Contribute to process improvements to streamline financial workflows
• Participate in cross-functional projects under the guidance of the team manager 

Our humble expectations

• 1-3 year of experience in finance, accounting, or a related field
• Basic understanding of financial bodies, regulations, and standards
• Familiarity with Israeli tax regulations is an advantage.
• Experience working with Excel and data analysis tools
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders 
• Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and work as part of a team
• Experience with financial tools and documentation platforms is a plus
• Eagerness to learn, grow, and take on increasing responsibilities
