Operations and Supply Chain Coordinator:- Manage Fulfillment, Wholesale, and some Retail Operations working with our warehouse, carriers, and internal Customer Service teams, ultimately owning the Last Mile of Value Chain
- Optimize and Iterate our Outbound shipping network and distribution strategy. Identify opportunities for cost reduction and service improvements.(includes mgmt of Happy Returns)
- Manage Inventory information, syncing, reporting, accuracy and integration from Warehouse to Retail and end User (Switchboard, Shipmonk, Order Tracking, etc.)
- Communicate and Troubleshoot changes or issues with operations, determine root cause analysis, implement solutions.
