Mon, Tues, Wed 2pm to 1030pm
Weekend part-time shift – 10pm – 6am (Saturdays and Sundays)
About the Role
- Monitoring physical security alerts
- Analyzing data
- Providing reports to internal and external customers
- Helping move projects forward and solving problems as they come up
- Identifying and responding to threats
Key Responsibilities
- Providing consistent and constant physical security alert and machine monitoring to provide excellent security and customer service resources for Knightscope clients.
- Identifying and solving problems to improve the RTX department
Required Qualifications
- Experience working in physical security, preferably in a Physical Security Operations Center environment.
- Comfortable in a rapidly changing environment
- Able to communicate clearly and work well both alone and with others
- Organized, curious, and willing to learn
- Computer and internet proficiency
- Flexibility and willingness to cover shifts when needed
- Experience with security, particularly in a CCTV or technology environment (preferred but not required)
- Background in customer service
- A strong desire to help build the future of security

- Base Salary: $28 - $30 hourly DOE
