2 Shifts available

Mon, Tues, Wed 2pm to 1030pm

Weekend part-time shift – 10pm – 6am (Saturdays and Sundays)

About the Role

• Monitoring physical security alerts
• Analyzing data
• Providing reports to internal and external customers
• Helping move projects forward and solving problems as they come up
• Identifying and responding to threats

Key Responsibilities

• Providing consistent and constant physical security alert and machine monitoring to provide excellent security and customer service resources for Knightscope clients.
• Identifying and solving problems to improve the RTX department

Required Qualifications

• Experience working in physical security, preferably in a Physical Security Operations Center environment.
• Comfortable in a rapidly changing environment
• Able to communicate clearly and work well both alone and with others
• Organized, curious, and willing to learn
• Computer and internet proficiency
• Flexibility and willingness to cover shifts when needed
• Experience with security, particularly in a CCTV or technology environment (preferred but not required)
• Background in customer service
• A strong desire to help build the future of security

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $28 - $30 hourly DOE
