Monetization Analyst
TLDR
Analyze data to optimize monetization in online games, setting pricing, KPIs, and cross-team strategies to grow revenue.
ABOUT THE POSITION
We are looking for a talented and experienced person who can help analyze data and scenarios aiming to create/improve processes to increase performance in the monetization strategy. He/she will be responsible to obtain and analyze business targets and requirements with the Monetization Manager. In order to achieve those, the incumbent will use different opportunities offered in the context of an online game. In this role, you will interact and work across multi-disciplinary teams: game design, engineering, user acquisition, and community, as well as focus on opportunities and providing direction to grow and improve our games.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with product management and product development to develop and manage strategies that drive monetization in online games;
- Work with different teams to drive monetization strategies, increase efficiency and revenue, develop promotional strategies, identify opportunities and provide monetization reporting;
- Set pricing strategy for micro-transactions, monitor in-game economics and modify pricing based on results;
- Define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to the monetization of players;
- Provide reports that track KPIs to the Producer in order to identify and predict trends;
- Monitor trends and benchmarks in order to set monetization best practices;
- Monitor the development and updates of internal performance reports in order to support business process improvement initiatives;
- Ability to formulate product strategy and present clear measurable objectives.
- Provide valuable input into business cases based on data analysis and demonstrate how that analysis impacts key product metrics.
- Proactively design, pilot and implement process improvements.
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- 3 years of experience in any researdh area based on data (financial, economic, gaming and others)
- Strong analytical skills ;.
- Good team player.
- Ability to draw data-driven business insights.
- Experience in creating analysis tools either in excel/google sheets or BI Dashboard tools.
- Written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Want to develop your career in a game company.
- Fluency in English.
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economy, Engineering or Computer Science.
- Capacity to maintain efficiency under pressure;
- Result-oriented.
