November Event Casual (Bump-In, Sales & Repack Support)

• Location: 333 Kent Street, Sydney NSW 2000
• Dates: Monday 2 – Tuesday 24 November 2026 (rotating roster)
• Pay: $34.76/hour + super (Mon-Fri) | $41.72/hour + super (Sat) | $48.67/hour + super (Sun)

About the role

We're looking for reliable, hands-on casuals to support two back-to-back luxury retail pop-up events in Sydney's CBD throughout November. Roles span bump-in/setup, sales floor support, and repack/bump-out. Shifts may be allocated across one or multiple phases depending on your availability.

Key Responsibilities

(2-4 Nov) - Bump-In & Setup

• Mon 2 - Tue 3 Nov: Lift and move boxes during bump-in, two shifts each day (5AM-11AM, 12PM-5PM)
• Wed 4 Nov: Setup of the space (9AM-5PM)

(5-6 Nov) - Sales

• Thu 5 Nov: two shifts (8AM-2PM, 1PM-7:30PM)
• Fri 6 Nov: two shifts (7:30AM-2PM, 1PM-7:30PM)
• support fitting rooms, floor operations, and cashiering as needed.

(7-9 Nov) - Repack & Bump-Out

• Sat 7 - Sun 8 Nov: Repack stock and pack down the event space (9AM-5PM)
• Mon 9 Nov: move boxes and dismantle displays (5AM-11AM)

(10-11 Nov) - Bump-In

• Tue 10 - Wed 11 Nov: Bump-in, two shifts each day (5AM-11AM, 12PM-5PM)

(12-22 Nov) - Stock Preparation

• Daily stock preparation ahead of the second sales event, including weekends (9AM-5PM)

(23-27 Nov) - Sales

• Two shifts daily (7:30AM-2PM, 1PM-7:30PM)
• Support fitting rooms, floor operations, and cashiering as needed

(28-30 Nov) - Outbound & Bump-Out

• Sat 28 - Sun 29 Nov: Outbound stock processing (9AM-5PM)
• Mon 30 Nov: Final bump-out to repack stock at end of event (5AM-11AM)

Requirements

• Reliable and punctual; able to commit to selected shifts
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment
• Physically able to lift boxes and assist with bump-in/bump-out tasks
• Friendly, proactive, and professional
• Comfortable, closed-toe shoes required for bump-in/setup/repack/stock prep shifts
• All black pants required for sales floor shifts
• Retail, events, or customer service experience is a bonus
• Must be available across the rostered November dates
