About the Role

As our Office Manager, you’ll report to our Executive Assistant and help run operations in our new El Segundo office. You’ll be the person who keeps the office working day to day, from vendors and supplies to visitors and team events, so the rest of the company can focus on patients. You’ll work closely with the Executive Assistant, leadership, and every team in the building to make the office a place people want to come to. This is a full-time, in-office role based at our El Segundo, CA office, Monday through Friday.

What You'll Do

Run day-to-day office operations, including supplies, mail and deliveries, kitchen stocking, and keeping common areas organized and ready for use

Manage office vendors and building relationships, such as cleaning, maintenance, security, and food and beverage providers, and track related budgets and invoices

Support the Executive Assistant with scheduling, travel, expense reports, and logistics for leadership meetings

Greet visitors, candidates, and partners, and coordinate conference room bookings and onsite meetings

Coordinate office events, including team lunches, social events, and all-hands logistics

Set up workstations and handle office onboarding for new hires in partnership with People and IT

Maintain office safety and compliance basics, such as emergency procedures, first-aid supplies, and access badges

Must-Have Qualifications

2+ years of experience in office management, administrative support, or a similar operations role

Strong organization and follow-through; you can juggle multiple requests and keep track of details without reminders

Clear, friendly written and verbal communication with colleagues, vendors, and visitors

Comfortable with Google Workspace, Slack, and standard office tools

Able to work onsite in El Segundo, Monday through Friday
