Job Description -

Daily Monitor Clients ticket tracking completed orders in the Google XL / Email / system
- Create, Analyse, Log and payment status
- Review work orders to appropriate vendor payment for order details
- Prepare Invoices based on completed orders
- Communicate by soft or hard copy with respective customer / owners / clients
- Co-ordinate with customer and ensure they are happy with our services
- Day-to-day B2C and weekly basis B2B Invoicing
- Timely deliver the invoices and collect the payment from customer / owners / clients
- New Vendors records should be entered into system before assign the orders
- Assisting with facilities, premises and office management.
