Operations Analyst
TLDR
Support Continuous Improvement projects by mapping processes, analyzing data, recommending operational improvements, and launching new initiatives.
In this position, you will be providing project support to multiple ongoing projects for the Continuous Improvement team. You will rotate through a variety of areas to gain insight into how financial services operational business units function and contribute to the overall success of the company.
What you’ll do:
- Analyze business goals, objectives, and needs
- Updating process docs, scheduling meetings, data gathering/analysis
- Process mapping/Process flow creation
- Help plan and design business processes and make recommendations for improvements
- Perform research and analysis in support of the operations
- Assist in resolving business issues using systems and data
- Estimate cost and benefits of multiple actions and/or solutions and provide recommendations
- Help launch new initiatives
What You’ll Bring
- You’re an MS Office wiz, especially Excel
- You’re data driven with some knowledge of Data Analysis
- Position is ideal for recent or soon-to-be college grads that are Tech or Business majors.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High sense of urgency and the ability to multi-task and prioritize
