R&D Operations Manager - Radar

We're seeking a highly engaged and motivated leader to manage our global R&D operations for key Radar projects.

YOUR MISSION:

• Manage, on site and WW, all R&D technical activities related to his/her scope.

• Contribute to the TDP and MTP

• With the discipline, and regional Managers to make sure state-of-the-art resources and competences are available on site and WW related to his/her scope.

• Manage his/her scope portfolio within the product PL/TPL.

• Manage R&D WW Footprint in accordance with the product PL/TPL

• Actively support business wins and P1 projects

• Create and maintain customer intimacy with R&D partners

• Manage on site R&D technical activities related to local projects/WP under his/her responsibility. 

• Maintain communication with related Global Ops Manager

LET´s TALK ABOOUT YOU:

• Engineering or BD degree

• 5 - 10 years of experience in automotive R&D and customer project/budget management

• Good communication skills

• Ability to manage a matrix driven organizations

• Interpersonal skills

• Strong leadership abilities and stress resistance

• Problem solving and analytical skills

• Planning and organizational abilities

• English C1
