THE POSITION

The Super 6 Operations Manager will be responsible of all the operations of the FoxBet Super 6 free to play game. Super 6 is a free to play app, affiliated with Fox Sport that offers weekly contest on NFL, NBA and many more sports, events or TV shows. With more than 5m users it is one of the biggest player in this space in the entire country. You will focus on the needs of the US users, keeping their tastes and preferences front of mind to bring them the best free to play experience in the country.

You will work with the Fox Network on lining up contests integrated in TV shows. You will also work closely with our marketing team to determine how the game is structured, the prize pool, the questions part of the contest as well as creating new game types. Finally, you’ll optimize the app layout to ensure our users have the best experience possible.

THE GAME PLAN
Everyone on our team has a part to play

• Work with the marketing department to come up with questions for a new contest
• Create new contests on the backend tool and publish it on the app
• Design new game types, structure, prize pool
• Act as liaison between the Super 6 team and the FOX Network to coordinate the content on the app
• Manage the in-app experience (making sure that the contests online are always up to date)
• Oversee the game settlement and user payout
• Work with the marketing team to maximize cross-sell to FoxBet Sportsbook through in-app messaging and specific cross-sell games
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to ensure key product developments are appropriately prioritized and delivered 
• Collaborate with colleagues across the marketing team and the FOX Network to achieve mutually beneficial process improvements and successful outcomes 

THE STATS
What we're looking for in our next teammate 

• Minimum 5 years of experience in e-commerce or similar fields
• Minimum 2 years of experience owning multiple projects/tasks and a willingness to take initiative
• Ability to build and maintain strong internal relationships 
• Understanding of digital technologies (e.g. experience with backend systems, admin tools)
• Strong knowledge of and passion for sports and sports betting 
• Methodical planner and creative thinker 
• Experience in gaming preferred
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Data analysis skills preferred  
• Able and willing to work non-traditional working hours when necessary
