Operations Specialist

We're hiring an Operations Specialist to help us scale production. This is a jack of all trades role. You'll work across the saws, receiving, inventory, shipping, and the software team to keep metal moving and grow output every week.
Support daily production across our saw operations, jumping in wherever the floor needs you
Help scale throughput: find bottlenecks, fix them, and track the numbers
Take tasks off the ops team's plate, from inventory counts to staging orders to coordinating trucks
Keep receiving, inventory, and shipping organized and accurate
Work with our software team to improve how jobs flow from quote to shipped
Build and improve processes, checklists, and floor layouts as we grow
Use AI tools to automate the repetitive stuff and move faster
Own whatever comes up, and never say "that's not my job"
You should be:
