Operations Specialist

For our growing team in Bulgaria, we are looking for an Operations Specialist, someone who brings structure to complexity, keeps things moving and makes sure our customers and internal teams can rely on excellent execution.

You’ll be at the heart of our local operations, connecting customers, supply chain, logistics, Sales and Finance.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders from request through delivery and invoicing;
• Coordinate deliveries, timelines and documentation with accuracy and care;
• Work with our ERP system across orders, goods receipts, pricing and shipping schedules;
• Monitor stock and help anticipate upcoming business needs;
• Collaborate closely with customers, partners and internal teams;
• Spot opportunities to make our processes simpler, smarter and more efficient.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, or a similar role;
• University degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or another relevant field;
• Hands-on experience working with ERP systems or similar business software (CRM, WMS, etc.);
• Good command of MS Office, particularly Excel;
• Fluent English, both written and spoken;
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines;
• Excellent attention to detail and a structured, accurate way of working;
• Strong communication and collaboration skills when working with customers, partners, and internal teams;
