We are looking for motivated and customer-focused candidates to join our 3-month Professional Internship Program.
The internship is designed to provide hands-on experience in a fast-paced fintech environment while contributing directly to the quality of service we provide to our partners and customers.
We are particularly interested in candidates who are customer-centric, adaptable, proactive, and comfortable working flexible hours, as our operations support partners across different schedules.
Key Responsibilities
- Support partners and customers by responding to requests, questions, and operational issues.
- Assist in monitoring and following up on partner transactions and service-related issues.
- Ensure customer and partner concerns are properly documented, tracked, and followed through to resolution.
- Escalate complex or critical issues to the appropriate teams.
- Contribute to improving the customer and partner experience by identifying recurring issues and suggesting practical solutions.
- Assist with operational reporting, data collection, and daily performance monitoring.
- Follow established procedures while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer care.
- Collaborate with different teams to ensure partner issues are resolved efficiently.
- Participate in assigned operational activities and projects.
- Support other tasks required to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Requirements

Qualifications
- Recent graduate or final-year student in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Marketing, Computer Science, Information Systems, Communication, or a related field.
- Previous customer service, sales, operations, or fintech experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Candidates must be available for the full 3-month internship period.
