Junior Outcomes Reporting Coordinator

Summary

A role primarily focused on reporting, responsible for various aspects of outcomes, assessment, and analytics for a US-based medical education company. The Outcomes team plays a critical role in collecting and reporting data for educational activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare summary reports for live and online educational activities, meeting project milestones, and ensuring strict adherence to internal and external quality standards and deadlines. 
  • Employ spreadsheet techniques (eg. SUMIFs, VLOOKUP, and etc.) and data processing tools (ie. Tableau, Quickbase, and etc.) to transform raw data into visually appealing PowerPoint charts, following the company's design guidelines.
  • Prioritize and address urgent requests promptly, considering both requestor expectations and company needs.
  • Assist in managing the outcomes reporting queue, triaging reports, and ensuring timely completion.
  • Contribute to larger ongoing efforts such as meta-analyses, abstract submissions, and poster presentation development.
