  • Gown up with the required PPE (personal protective equipment) and safety shoes.

  • Start your shift by checking in with your team and reviewing the day’s goals.

  • Depending on whether you work in Molding, Assembly, Packaging or Warehouse, you will set up and operate the relevant machines and equipment that mold, assemble and package our insulin syringes.

  • Regularly throughout your shift, you will inspect the products and perform in-process checks to ensure products meet our high quality standards and regulatory requirements.

  • Completing inspection and quality documentation is the norm in a highly regulated medical devices facility and will be a critical part of your role

  • At times, you will move raw material supplies and finished products to the necessary locations in the facility.

  • You will continually monitor the equipment for output and issues and help problem-solve efficiently and quickly should something go wrong.

  • You will work as part of a highly engaged team to keep everything running smoothly and safely, with safety being your highest priority.

Paperwork Matters

In this role, accurate paperwork is essential. It helps us prove our products are safe, meet our regulatory requirements and ensures we can trace and fix any issues quickly. If you're detail-oriented and like doing things right, this is the job for you!
