YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR: 

• Responsible for the timely and accurate Concur Detect & Expense Report processing
• Work closely with Code42 employees regarding concerns that arise with Expense Report processing
• Assist with weekly new employee orientation onboarding
• Review & process expense reports for payment
• Maintains accounting controls by following policies & procedures; complying with federal, state, and local financial legal requirements
• Process vendor invoices using Concur & Intacct
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications
• Accomplishes accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed
• Credit card transaction processing using SVB Smartdata, Concur & Intacct
• Assist with month-end close processes as needed
• Additional duties as assigned

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of two years accounts payable experience
• You view yourself as a been there, done that Accounts Payable professional who can make an immediate impact
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
• Team player who also has the ability to be an individual and independent contributor to the overall success of the Accounts Payable team
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work well with others
• Demonstrated history of honesty and professionalism
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Experience using Intacct (or other cloud-based ERP) & Concur preferred
