Part time Gaming Assistant

Location:
- Kallang Wave Mall (near Stadium MRT)
- Orchard Central
- Funan Mall
- Work location will be based on roster

Job Responsibilities:
- Guide customers and explain VR game rules and procedures
- Operate and manage VR gaming stations
- Test and familiarize yourself with all VR games available in-store
- Attend to customer enquiries and provide assistance as needed
- Perform basic troubleshooting for PCs, booking systems, and VR games
- Handle cashiering duties, as well as cleaning and sanitisation of the gaming area
- Work closely with the team to ensure smooth daily operations

Requirements:
- Interest or passion in gaming and/or virtual reality (VR)
- Basic knowledge of PC operations
- Friendly, outgoing, and customer-oriented personality
- Responsible and able to work independently
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment

Additional Information:
- Training will be provided
- Flexible work locations based on roster
- Preference will be given to candidates who are able to work on weekdays
