Part-Time Licensed Therapist - Women's Mental Health - Washington DC licensed required
TLDR
Deliver evidence-based teletherapy for women navigating reproductive journeys using CBT, ACT, IPT, and attachment-based approaches.
Schedule Expectations:
- Total calendar availability: 29 hours open per week
- Actual patient sessions: Approximately 20-21 completed sessions per week with at least 5 open slots after 4pm
- The difference accounts for: No-shows, cancellations, and built-in admin time
- Available to work during standard business hours: 8am-8pm with at least 20% of appointments being available after 4pm (approximately 5 appointments) on weekdays.
- Participating in clinical consultation individually and in groups, and joining our monthly clinical team meeting
- Delivering the Seven Starling Care Model by utilizing evidence-based modalities (CBT, ACT, IPT, attachment-based approaches)
- Creating and maintaining high-quality documentation and treatment plans
- Collaborating with a supportive clinical team in a feedback-rich environment
- Contributing to company-wide initiatives aligned with your interests
