Partner Executive (Mekari Jurnal)

Job Summary:
Manages assigned partner accounts by coordinating onboarding, tracking performance, and resolving operational challenges, ensuring partners remain engaged and contribute to business growth.

Job Description:

• Assist partners with day-to-day queries or issues
• Monitor partner KPIs and usage
• Coordinate onboarding materials and timelines
• Update CRM with partner activity
• Support campaign participation and tracking
• Escalate issues to the Partner Success or Tech team
• Attend syncs and document action items
• Help update partner playbooks or handbooks
• Track partner feedback for reporting
• Organize partner recognition events
• Acquired a new partner

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in partnership management, account management, or business development.
• Preferably experienced in the SaaS industry.
• CRM software proficiency (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce), data analysis and reporting, product knowledge in SaaS and digital solutions, Event and campaign coordination
• Strong communication and presentation skills, problem-solving and analytical thinking, collaboration across cross-functional teams, relationship management, and negotiation.
