Partner Manager – Americas

At Amino, we're transforming how organisations communicate, engage, and connect through enterprise video and digital signage solutions. As we continue to expand across the Americas, we're looking for a strategic and commercially driven Partner Manager to build and scale the ecosystem that will power our next phase of growth.


This role is ideally suited to someone who has built their career within the ProAV, digital signage, workplace technology, or enterprise video ecosystem, and who brings experience working with systems integrators, distributors, and channel partners across North America. Whether you've worked for a leading ProAV distributor, systems integrator, manufacturer, or technology vendor, you'll understand how partner relationships drive growth and how to turn those relationships into measurable business outcomes.


You'll be responsible for developing strategic relationships across distributors, systems integrators, technology partners, CMS providers, and the broader AV ecosystem to accelerate Amino's growth across Healthcare, Hospitality, Retail, Enterprise Communications, Sports Betting, and Venue & Entertainment.

Purpose of the Role 

The Partner Manager – Americas develops, enables, and expands Amino’s strategic partner ecosystem across the region. This role is responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing strategic technology partners, systems integrators, distributors, Content Management System (CMS) providers, and ecosystem partners that directly support Amino’s Enterprise Video and Digital Signage growth strategy. 


Operating cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Engineering, and Support, the position generates partner-led opportunities, expands Amino’s footprint in key vertical markets, and accelerates revenue growth through deep ecosystem collaboration. 


Accountable for developing and enabling strategic partnerships that accelerate Amino’s enterprise video and digital signage growth across the Americas through ecosystem collaboration, partner-led opportunity generation, and vertical market expansion. 

Key Accountabilities  

  • Partner Development - Identify, recruit, onboard, enable, and manage strategic partners including technology providers, systems integrators, distributors, CMS providers, and other ecosystem partners. 
  • Business Growth - Generate partner-led sales opportunities, support pipeline growth, and increase partner-influenced revenue through joint business plans and GTM initiatives. 
  • Target Markets - Expand Amino’s presence in Healthcare, Sports Betting, Hospitality, Retail, Enterprise Communications, and Venue & Entertainment. 
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Support teams to align partner activities with business goals. 
  • Marketing & GTM - Develop partner training, co-branded campaigns, events, content, and scalable solutions that support market growth. 
  • Market Intelligence - Track competitors, industry trends, customer needs, and emerging technologies to provide strategic insights.


Year 1 Success Measures - Recruit and activate strategic partners, generate measurable pipeline and revenue, launch joint GTM programs, expand vertical-market solutions, and deliver actionable market insights. 



Experience

Experience developing partner ecosystems and channel programs within the ProAV, enterprise video, digital signage, workplace technology, collaboration, or adjacent AV technology markets.


Experience recruiting, enabling, and managing:

  • ProAV systems integrators
  • AV distributors
  • Workplace technology partners
  • Digital signage partners
  • Channel resellers


Established relationships with partners such as:

Essential Experience

  • Minimum 3–5 years' experience working within the ProAV, enterprise video, digital signage, or workplace technology ecosystem.
  • Experience working for or managing relationships with ProAV distributors, systems integrators, or AV technology manufacturers.
  • Demonstrable success recruiting, enabling, and growing channel partners that generate measurable pipeline and revenue.
  • Experience developing partner-led go-to-market initiatives and joint business plans.
    Strong understanding of the North American ProAV channel landscape.

Qualifications 

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Technology, Communications, or a related field of study. 
  • Certifications: Relevant channel, alliance, partnership, or business development certifications are desirable. 
  • Minimum 3-5 year experience on a ProAV distributor or system integrator
