Let’s start with the role

The role is responsible for managing all vendor  relationships and communications across Customer account product domains, including  MyAccount, Responsible Gaming, KYC, Account Comms and Fraud.  You will act  as the main point of contact for current performance, new product updates, and invoicing-related matters. To succeed in this role, you will need  to demonstrate excellent stakeholder management skills, both internally and externally, on a daily basis. 

As a Partnerships Manager for Customer Account, you will:

  • Maintain existing and foster new relationships with top providers that will ensure an optimal customer experience for Betano customers;
  • Travel 2-3 times per year to the top industry exhibitions to meet existing and prospective vendors;
  • Collaborate closely with Procurement to renew contracts and optimize rates;
  • Negotiate with existing and prospective vendors to secure competitive pricing and favorable contractual agreements;
  • Support the Product team in the annual budgeting process by providing forecasts, volume projections, and cost estimates;
  • Review, establish, and continuously improve monitoring processes to identify opportunities for cost optimization;
  • Partner with the Product team to identify effective changes in flows that will achieve both customer experience and cost improvements simultaneously;
  • Actively monitor monthly vendor costs and cross-check actuals against the approved budget, identifying variances, and providing visibility and reasoning when required;
  • Manage the end-to-end process for invoices, including validation, reconciliation, and coordination with internal stakeholders that will ensure correct submission. 

What you’ll bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field;
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in technology partnerships, procurement, account management, finance, accounting, or related functions;
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills;
  • Proven negotiation and vendor/account management experience;
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration capabilities;
  • Advanced proficiency in spreadsheet tools (e.g., Google Sheets) for data analysis and reporting;
  • Demonstrated experience in budgeting and cost management;
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 suite will be considered an advantage.
  • Demonstrated AI-first mindset, actively leveraging AI tools and assistants to improve productivity, problem-solving, and decision-making. Continuously exploring new AI capabilities and championing their practical adoption within teams, using AI as a natural part of day-to-day work rather than a supplementary tool;
