About the Role We are looking for a Talent Management Specialist who is passionate about building high-performing teams and creating an exceptional employee experience. This role will be responsible for driving key talent management initiatives across the employee lifecycle, including performance management, career development, learning programs, succession planning, employee engagement, and talent reviews. The ideal candidate is data-driven, organized, and enjoys partnering with business leaders to build scalable people processes that enable organizational growth. Responsibilities:

Performance Management

  • Own the end-to-end performance review cycle.
  • Partner with managers to ensure timely goal setting, feedback, and evaluations.
  • Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights.
  • Continuously improve performance management frameworks.
  • Learning & Development

    • Identify capability gaps across teams.
    • Design and execute learning initiatives, workshops, and leadership development programs.
    • Manage learning platforms and track program effectiveness.
    • Measure training ROI and employee adoption.
    • Talent Reviews & Succession Planning

      • Coordinate talent review discussions with leadership.
      • Maintain succession plans for critical roles.
      • Support high-potential employee identification and development.
      • Career Development

        • Build career frameworks and internal mobility programs.
        • Partner with managers on Individual Development Plans (IDPs).
        • Drive initiatives to improve employee growth and retention.
        • Employee Engagement

          • Conduct engagement surveys and analyze feedback.
          • Develop action plans with business leaders.
          • Drive recognition and culture initiatives.
          • People Analytics

            • Create dashboards for talent metrics.
            • Monitor retention, promotions, internal mobility, performance distribution, learning participation, and engagement scores.
            • Present insights and recommendations to leadership.
            • HR Programs

              • Support organizational design and workforce planning initiatives.
              • Assist in change management and communication plans.
              • Benchmark talent practices against industry standards.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in Talent Management, HRBP, Learning & Development, or Organizational Development.
