Position Summary

Are you a people person with a curious mind? We are looking for a People & Culture Intern to join our team! In this role, you will learn the ins and outs of a modern HR department, supporting our daily operations and helping us explore how AI can make our work even better. You won't be alone—you'll have the full support of our team to guide you as you grow.

What will you do

• Talent Acquisition: Find the best students who want to join our company to kickstart their professional careers.

• Student Community: Help manage university agreements and be the go-to person for other interns, ensuring they have a great experience.

• Department Org: Learn how to keep HR databases (CVs, Job Descriptions) organized and up to date.

• Company Culture: Join us in organizing fun team-building activities and office events.

• Daily Operations: Support us with time-tracking reviews and basic Health & Safety (PRL) tasks to keep everything running smoothly.

• Innovation Project: Explore with us how AI tools can automate small tasks to make our department more efficient. A great way to build your "future-of-work" skills!

What do you need

• Student: Currently studying Business Administration, Labour Law, or a related field, and able to sign an internship agreement.

• Skills: You are highly organized and proactive—you make things happen instead of waiting for them to happen. You pay attention to detail and feel comfortable communicating in both English and Spanish.
