We are seeking a People Operations Specialist to join our global People Operations team, where innovation knows no borders. This team helps Sabre team members move with sharper agility, cleaner HR processes and stronger support throughout their career journey. As a People Operations Specialist, you will execute essential HR administration, benefits tracking and contract management for our global workforce. You will turn complex regional labor compliance into smooth, day-to-day operational success while keeping employee data perfectly secure. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, a passion for customer service and the drive to challenge slow administrative workflows.
What you'll do
Execute core employment lifecycle processes including hiring paperwork, contract renewals, global mobility compliance and offboarding administration.
Administer employee benefit programs by processing enrollment updates, managing partner vendor queues and empowering team members through self-service tools.
Partner closely with payroll, legal and HR business partners to audit personnel records and guarantee absolute data security across systems.
Use AI-enabled automation and modern workflows to eliminate manual data entry, streamline reporting and accelerate responses to HR inquiries.
Guide managers and employees on local labor regulations, internal corporate policies and digital self-service tools to resolve issues quickly.
What you'll bring
Minimum 3 years of total HR-related experience, specifically executing personnel administration or shared services workflows.
Proven success managing highly confidential data, maintaining accurate personnel records and resolving complex case management requests.
Strong communication skills with a track record of supporting cross-functional stakeholders and delivering excellent customer service.
Practical experience using Workday, Microsoft Office or advanced HR analytics tools to improve data accuracy and operational reporting.
Experience utilizing generative AI tools or automated workflows to accelerate document creation, reduce manual effort or improve service quality.
