About the Position:

We have grown 3x each of the past two years. We’ve also recently closed a large round of funding and are looking to step up our expansion plans. To support all this, we are looking for some savvy marketing  people from the ad agency world.  You will drive the digital (performance and SEO) and be able to set-up systems and processes to ensure we are ahead of our lead and conversion targets. You will build a team around you as and when required but in the first instance, you will roll-up your sleeves and ensure agency partners are kept on point.

What You’ll Do:

• Performance marketing (hands on) planning and buying
• Keeping agency partners relationships
• SEO
• Solid understanding of all digital channels
• A strong understanding of CRM tools with implementation skills. Hubspot ideal. You will want to take on the general hygiene of the web site (but use external resources to implement)
• A numbers savvy individual who can work alongside both sales and creative people
• Has had financial management of large media spends
• A good knowledge of how offline dovetails with online.
• You are used to a fast paced environment and not afraid to speak your mind to get the job done.
• Can work autonomously yet be an integral team player

• Have an exceptional working knowledge of the creative process.

You Are Someone Who Has:

• At least 6 years agency or brand experience in performance marketing
