Performance Marketing Specialist (New Grad)

We are looking for a passionate new grad to join our team as a Performance Marketing Specialist. You will be responsible for supporting marketing goals and helping the team conduct marketing campaigns that create awareness around the product. Helping in the creation, planning, and management of mobile marketing campaigns

Analyzing the effectiveness of campaigns and optimizing accordingly

Creating campaign structure, maintaining and monitoring of campaign performance

Supporting innovation and growth through continuous experimentation, A/B testing across multiple platforms

Working closely with marketing artists to create high-quality ads

Requirements

Fresh graduate with a bachelor's degree

Creative and results-oriented mindset

Strong analytical skills to make data-driven decisions

Passion and interest in games

Excellent communication skills 

Appreciation and understanding of teamwork
