PHP Developer/ Team Lead

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Having experience in web technologies.
2. Minimum 2 to 6 Years of Experience in working with PHP (both web and standalone applications).
3. Should have experience of leading a Team of 5-10 members. (for team lead position)
4. Hands on coding in core LAMP ( PHP )XML, XSLT, XML parsing/processing, HTML, JavaScript, AJAX
5. SQL, PL/SQL, and common database technologies (Oracle, Mysql)
6. Object-Oriented Design concepts
7. UML, OOAD, Design Patterns
8. Unit testing
9. Familiar with Linux
10. Familiarity with Apache Web Server
11. Team Leader, Process oriented
12. Strong communication/ client facing
13. Out of box thinking
14. Knowledge of domains like E-Commerce, Financial Markets, Online Trading, Social Networks, Payment Gateways, CMS will be added advantage. Good verbal/written communication.
15. Experience with MVC-based PHP Frameworks
16. JavaScript framework experience including jQuery and jQuery UI toolkits.

1. Will be leading a Team of 5-10 members.
2. Will be working on Linux platform and hosted applications in Apache.
3. Technical Documentation.
4. Technical Architecture.
5. Client co-ordination.
6. Responsible for executing the projects as per the SDLC.
7. Will be responsible for the project performance, quality and schedules.
8. Will be responsible for end to end delivery of the project.
9. Will be managing the project(s) and team.
