About the role

Platform Adoption Experts are the technical bridge between the Ampeco platform and our clients' operational realities. You work directly with Charge Point Operators across the globe - taking ownership of their most complex technical challenges, guiding integrations, migrations and onboardings, and making sure the platform delivers on its full potential for their business.

This is not a traditional support role. You are a trusted technical consultant, a trainer, a problem-solver, and occasionally a firefighter - often all in the same week. You carry a short portfolio of one or two named client accounts alongside a steady stream of project engagements, and you are expected to manage both with ownership and precision.

What you’ll do

Complex cases. Own and resolve complex client business- and use-cases that exceed standard support paths - including deep-dive analysis and cross-functional coordination;

Integrations. Lead API and system integrations with third-party platforms, hardware partners, and client-side infrastructure from scoping through to successful delivery;

Complex use-cases & roaming. Design and deliver complex use-case solutions,  guide and navigate EV Roaming setups; 

Technical training. Design and run technical training sessions for CPO clients and internal teams — from onboarding workshops to advanced use-case deep-dives;

Client onboarding. Guide new clients through end-to-end technical onboarding, ensuring a clean and confident go-live;

Migration support. Support platform and infrastructure migrations - scoping, delivery coordination, and post-migration validation;

Escalations. Act as the primary technical owner during escalated situations, coordinating resolution across Engineering, Support, and Account Management;

Knowledge base. Maintain and grow the team knowledge base - turning recurring challenges into documented runbooks, guides, and best practices others can use;

Internal projects. Contribute to internal projects that improve team tooling, processes, and collective technical capability.

What we’re looking for

You bring a combination of deep technical grounding and strong client-facing presence. You're comfortable explaining complex system mechanics to a non-technical client one hour and debugging a failed API call with an engineer the next.

Technical

Hands-on experience with REST API integrations - reading specs, understanding requests, reproducing issues with real HTTP calls;

Confidence with network and connectivity troubleshooting - firewalls, TLS certificates, WebSocket connections;

Enough cloud infrastructure awareness to understand how SaaS platforms are structured and where failures propagate;

Ability to write and maintain technical documentation to a high standard - clearly structured, accurate, and built to be reused.

Client-Facing

Experience in a technical consulting, solutions engineering, or client delivery role - ideally in B2B SaaS or infrastructure software;

Proven ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously - prioritising, communicating status, and delivering without dropping threads;

Comfortable running training and enablement sessions for varied audiences - technical and non-technical alike;

Skilled at translating ambiguous client needs into concrete, actionable technical plans.

Nice to have

Background in telecommunications, IoT, or energy / utilities;

Experience with EV charging infrastructure in a CPO, MSP, or vendor context;

Familiarity with eRoaming hubs - Hubject, Gireve, or similar;

Experience leading or supporting data migration projects;

A second European language - our clients span 70+ markets.
