Platform Product Manager
TLDR
Shape enterprise-grade platform infrastructure to deliver reliable, compliant, scalable software for IT admins, DevOps, and security teams.
Research, clarify, and prioritize opportunities to build and maintain an effective roadmap, focused on customer trust and platform readiness.
Interact directly with our users and customers on our product forum to support them, integrate their feedback, and identify opportunities.
Develop a deep understanding of customer-facing platform needs (e.g., data residency, advanced access controls, and application performance) and how we can enable organizations to scale seamlessly..
Work closely with other product managers to design cross-product foundational features.
Align with the engineering and UX teams on the foundational system and usability problems to solve and support them during the end-to-end development stage of the solutions.
Sync with the engineering teams to ensure that there is a good balance between innovation, consolidation, and stability.
Attend conferences and give talks about platform scale if you like.
Help the Product Management team grow in its organization, tools, and processes.
Deep understanding of core platform pillars (e.g., data isolation, customer-managed encryption, design systems, API best-practices, or global performance optimization).
Technical comprehension of self-hosted deployment, cloud-native environments, multi-region deployments, and data residency frameworks.
Experience with the latest developments in AI assisted coding and how they impact platform scale.
Experience in software product management, preferably managing platform products in an agile context.
Highly autonomous and pragmatic, with an obsession for solving external customer problems.
Open-minded and very positive can-do attitude.
Comfortable in dealing with change, complexity, and uncertainty.
Self-confident enough to challenge the status quo as well as to receive feedback.
Leadership: you take initiative and demonstrate your ability to lead a subject from beginning to end.
