You will serve as the primary contact for Portuguese-speaking clients, assisting them with bookings, inquiries, and issues related to their travel arrangements. Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support in Portuguese, assisting clients with booking flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel-related services.
• Address customer inquiries, including adjustments to bookings, cancellation policies, and travel itineraries.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and ensure all inquiries are logged correctly in the system.
• Collaborate with different departments to resolve complex issues related to customer travel arrangements swiftly.
• Stay updated on travel industry trends and regulations to provide customers with relevant information.
• Engage with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat, to offer timely support.
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.

Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese and strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in customer service, ideally in the travel or hospitality industry, is advantageous.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering a positive customer experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, enabling effective engagement with customers.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills for maintaining accurate customer records.
