Product Engineer - OpenRTB

About the Role

We are looking for a Product Engineer with strong backend development experience to build scalable solutions for RTB, programmatic advertising, and publisher monetization. You'll work closely with Product and Engineering teams to deliver high-performance AdTech products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain backend services powering our AdTech platform.
  • Develop scalable APIs and microservices for RTB and publisher monetization.
  • Work on OpenRTB integrations, bidding workflows, and ad-serving infrastructure.
  • Build integrations with SSPs, DSPs, and external AdTech partners.
  • Optimize platform latency, throughput, and reliability.
  • Collaborate with Product, Ad Operations, and Engineering teams to deliver new platform capabilities.
  • Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical product decisions.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve system performance. 

    • Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in backend software development.
  • Strong understanding of Real-Time Bidding (RTB), OpenRTB, SSPs, DSPs, Ad Exchanges, and Programmatic Advertising.
  • Programming experience in Python and/or Node.js is preferrable.
  • Familiarity with VAST, SSAI, video advertising, or CTV is preferred.
  • Strong debugging, problem-solving, and performance optimization skills
