At C3 AI, AI and data are at the core of everything we do; they are our key differentiator. As a Product Manager – AI and Data, C3 AI CRM, your mandate will be to develop AI and data as a product. You will be able to affect all aspects of the product through your ownership of major data science and AI components. This role reports to the product lead for data science and AI.
Responsibilities:
- Support the AI product pipeline from the first to the last mile, including ideating, validating, designing, prototyping, obtaining data, writing specification documents, and testing new features.
- Work cross-functionally with Engineering, UX, QA, Sales, Professional Services, Marketing, Platform Engineering, and other CRM and C3 AI teams.
- Work closely with the C3 AI CRM Data Science team to improve existing AI functionalities and develop new ones. Ensure high-velocity, scalable delivery of C3 AI CRM’s AI roadmap.
- Define self-service experiences to extend, integrate, deploy, and operate C3 AI CRM.
- Work with Marketing, Sales, Professional Services, and Support to promote the delivery of product features through training initiatives, documentation efforts, and customer/analyst demonstrations.
- Author product specifications, inclusive of use cases, data flow diagrams, screen mockups, identification of data sources, analytics, reporting, and integration requirements.
- Research, validate, and source external data feeds to enhance CRM.
Qualifications:
- Strong quantitative and analytical problem-solving skills.
- 4+ years of product, data science, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Familiarity with low-code and no-code tools such as Dataiku and Alteryx.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-starter with entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Team player with the ability to coordinate people and activities across multiple functional areas.
Candidates should have a working knowledge of how data-intensive software applications are developed. Technical knowledge of specific AI / ML methodologies or tools is a plus but not required; candidates will benefit from related quantitative experiences.
Successful candidates will likely have a STEM background, including data science, software development, or similar. Experience working with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics 365) or complex enterprise data sets is a significant advantage.

- Salary range: $143,000 - $185,000 USD.
