What will your role look like?
- ⦁ Manage the entire lifecycle of the product from conception to final release and ensure that it can handle the complexities of the business.
⦁ Will work on consumer-facing products as well as internal system applications like CRM & LMS - which drive the telesales and customer service teams.
⦁ Work with Business stakeholders to understand the requirements and helping them drive revenue and customer experience using the systems you own.
⦁ Write PRDs, Create mock-ups, Define success metrics for all product features
⦁ Partner with design, engineering, and other functions to develop and deliver the best-in-class product with a pragmatic approach.
⦁ Monitor and measure success metrics of products and features
⦁ Conduct research to identify customer needs and market gaps
Who are we looking for?
- Engineering background(B.Tech, BE)
- 4+ years of experience with at least 2 years of Product Management experience
- Experience in end-to-end product management in software or web technologies
- Excellent analytical skills with great attention to detail
- Excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal communication and relationship skills
- Experience working with Call Center Telephony solutions is preferred.
