We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution of our clinically-integrated healthcare software products. This role is ideal for someone who has strong experience in building products for inter-disciplinary clinical teams and is eager to take on challenging, yet rewarding tasks in a fast-paced environment.
In This Role You Will...
Deeply understand the users and workflows within PACE and other value-based care centers to build the best products.
Develop and execute product strategies that leverage data to drive product innovation and user satisfaction.
Develop goals and associated KPIs to understand the impact of your team’s work and iterate on launches.
Collaborate with engineering teams to design and implement products and features to drive value based care outcomes within PACE centers.
Engage with leadership to ensure roadmaps and strategies are supporting IntusCare goals and outcomes.
Develop high-quality documentation & artifacts to ensure clarity for cross-functional partners and stakeholders
Work closely with cross-functional teams including customer success, sales and engineering and design to ensure products meet market needs and adhere to regulatory standards.
Lead product lifecycle from conception to launch, including requirement gathering, roadmap planning, and stakeholder management.
Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in healthcare technology to ensure our products remain competitive and innovative.
Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in product management, with a significant portion in a healthcare environment, preferably in a startup setting.
Ability to interface directly with customers and demonstrate comfort working in an ambiguous product development phase.
Proven experience working with clinical teams to build products.
Comfortable collaborating effectively with engineering teams.
Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities, capable of motivating and guiding teams towards successful product delivery.

Compensation: The salary range for this role is $140K-$165K. We expect the ideal candidate to fall near the midpoint of this range, though final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and organizational needs.
Work location: This is a fully remote role based in the United States.
