Product Manager - Payroll

At Hourly, we are building the most advanced insurtech and payroll platform that seamlessly integrates with our workers’ comp offering, simplifying the entire process for business owners and our insurance agency partners. Hourly, Inc. is seeking a talented Senior Product Manager to join its growing team. As a PM, you will be responsible for driving the development and execution of product strategies, managing product lifecycles, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver market-leading software solutions.

The ideal candidate will be a results-driven individual with a track record of success in developing and launching innovative products in the software industry. You should have a deep understanding of product development and the software development process, as well as a passion for creating products that solve real-world problems.

Responsibilities

  • Translating the company's vision into a structured roadmap and prioritized backlog.
  • Develop and execute product strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives
  • Manage the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to inform product development decisions
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales, and marketing to ensure product success
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to prioritize product features and drive the product roadmap
  • Monitor competitive landscape and market trends to inform product decisions
  • Define and monitor key performance metrics to measure product success

Requirements

  • Be located in the United States of America
  • 5+ years of experience in product management in the software industry
  • Experience in the Payroll industry
  • Proven track record of delivering successful software products
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and processes
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
