Product Manager - SEA Region

Job Role:

• Build the product strategy and roadmap in line with our goals and strategies.
• Must have experience in SQL. 
• Work closely with other functions to identify pain points that can be addressed through technology.
• Initiate and prioritize projects, and assist in determining the best implementation methods
• Evaluate complex systems, design solutions, and work with engineering to implement solutions
• Passionately own all aspects of the product from conception, and drive it through development testing, acceptance, and adoption.

Requirements:

• Successful track record in planning, developing and executing strategy for multiple projects in a startup while collaborating cross-functionally.
• Ability to easily transition from high-level strategic thinking to creative and detailed execution.
• Solid organization, leadership, team-building, and mentorship experience.
• You're entrepreneurial and are comfortable working in a complex and face-paced environment.
• Analytical and data-driven, you love digging into the data to understand what's happening and define & measure success on every project.
• Should be passionate about your customers and always bring questions back to what will serve them best.
• Must be fluent in English and Bahasa /Malay and be a confident communicator.
• Should be well versed with the SEA market & have at least 3+ years of experience in this region.
• Add on if you have experience as a software engineer/developer and working with distributed teams is highly desired.
