About Gladia

Gladia builds the audio AI infrastructure behind the new generation of voice products. Our mission is to give every voice platform true conversational intelligence — the audio infrastructure that understands every conversation, turning voice into the world's most valuable data layer.

Our API turns real-world conversational audio into accurate, structured, real-time output — powered by our proprietary Solaria ASR, across 100+ languages, with industry-leading latency.

Hundreds of companies build their voice products on Gladia — from meeting assistants and voice agents to sales-enablement and contact-center platforms. We started in Paris, our growth is developer-led and heavily US-driven (and we're going after the US market hard).

Headquartered in vibrant tech hubs like Paris and New York City, Gladia has been by OVH Groupe — Europe's leading cloud provider — and now operates as a fully autonomous brand and company within the Group.

We're guided by four values:

  • Honest — Say the real thing, kindly.

  • Smart — Work smart, ship fast.

  • Builders — Own your scope, build to last.

  • Caring — Support people, take pride in the craft.

The role

Gladia sells to very different buyers — from developers at AI startups to product and engineering leaders at large voice platforms such as contact centers. We need one clear, sharp story for each of them, and the tools that help our sales team tell it.

And our portfolio is growing. Since joining OVH Groupe, we're expanding our product offering which means more products to position and new product lines to bring to market. We need an experienced Product Marketing Manager to help us position each of them and launch them successfully.

As our first Product Marketing Manager, you'll own how Gladia is positioned and how we win. You'll define our messaging by segment, equip our sales team with what they need to close, orchestrate our product launches, and build a real understanding of our market, competitors, and buyers.

You'll report to our Marketing Lead, with a strong dotted line to Product, and you'll work hand in hand with our Sales team: you'll be close to what we build and why, and you'll bring the voice of the market back into product decisions. Day-to-day, you'll work with AEs, SDRs, RevOps, Product, and Marketing.

What you'll do

  • Positioning & messaging — Define Gladia's positioning and messaging for each customer segment, and keep it consistent across sales, marketing, and product

  • Market & user research — Lead market analysis (including TAM sizing) and take part in product and customer interviews, so our positioning and roadmap are grounded in real market insight

  • Sales enablement — Build the materials our sales team uses every day: battlecards, one-pagers, objection handling, pitch narratives, and outbound sequence content

  • Product launches — Own the go-to-market for product launches, from positioning to launch plan, working across Product, Marketing, and Sales — including writing the key launch content yourself (e.g., the launch blog post)

  • Competitive intelligence — Track the competitive landscape and turn it into clear, usable insights for the team

  • Win/loss analysis — Set up a structured process to learn from the deals we win and lose, and feed those learnings back into messaging, product, and sales

  • Buyer personas — Refine our understanding of our buyers: who they are, what they care about, and how they decide

Who you are

  • 5+ years in product marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS, API, or infrastructure companies

  • A track record of building positioning and sales enablement that sales teams actually use

  • Experience running product launches end-to-end

  • A strong connection with Product: you enjoy working closely with product teams and turning market insight into product input

  • Comfortable with technical products — you can understand an API and explain its value to both technical and business buyers

  • Structured and analytical: you use data from deals, customers, and the market to back your decisions

  • Autonomous, with strong judgment on priorities — you've worked in a fast-moving, early-stage environment

  • Excellent writer and communicator, comfortable writing flagship content such as a launch blog post

  • Fluent English
