Product Owner

Responsibilities

• Gain a deep understanding of customer requirements by analysing customer briefs and through engaging in rapid requirements gathering workshops.

• Assist Senior Product Owner in day-to-day Project Management and Client Management activities.

• Write and maintain user stories and facilitate knowledge transfer to cross-functional software development teams.

• Identify and provide ideas to correct product gaps.

• Provide ideas that will improve user experience.

• Prioritize User Stories based on business value and customer impact

• Work closely with developers within and between cross-functional teams to deliver products within planned timeframes.

Requirements

• MBA or MCA Graduates from Tier1 or Tier2 colleges with 0-1 yrs of experience with inclination towards client facing role

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

• Excellent aptitude and analytical skills.

• Understanding of Agile Software development environment is good to have but not mandatory.

• Strong problem solving skills and willingness to assist the cross-functional team in whatever tasks need completing (e.g. helping with testing, assisting the Project Manager / Scrum Master with removing impediments.

• Skilled at working effectively within cross functional teams.
